GRAF with PRIXEL 3D at Fuorisalone 2024

PriXel, the print 3D PVC on PVC that redifines the concept desing becomes a protagonist of the “Talks” organised by ArCreo, brand manufacturer of tecnologies of “additive manufacturing WAAM”, inside “MATER-ia” space of Milan, as part of the rich programme of Fuorisalone – Salone del Mobile, 2024.

In the prestigious context of the Fuorisalone initiatives – Salone del Mobile in Milan, GRAF spoke about 3D printing technology, addressing the theme of the transformation of interior design and architecture opening up to new paths  and new languages that are unexplored to date.

A vision shared by GRAF and KEEEN, a pioneer brand in the field of 3D printed furniture, which foreshadows what will be the future expressions of design and interior design: customisation pushed to its highest level, a personal and distinctive interpretation of the concept of furnishing, starting from the window frame, which becomes a design frame itself a work of art, and going on to consider the furniture, the furnishing accessory and all the living surfaces as if they were a canvas to be customised and rethought in an aesthetic and communicative key.

The concept of customisation with GRAF’s new ‘PriXel’ technology becomes true material  through three-dimensionality. Not only colour, but also shape and thickness; not only sight, but also touch and shadows; this is the design evolution of PriXel. Infinite customisation possibilities on infinite surfaces are the key to GRAF’s ‘PriXel’ innovation, the original and only solution in the world capable of 3D PVC printing on PVC.

The talk by Denis De Grandis, GRAF Industries Business Unit Manager, who talked with Alessandro Tassinari, founder of KEEEN and Head of Additive Manufacturing at ArCreo, on innovation and customisation in furniture with 3D Printing, focused on the technology behind the opening up of new languages of expressiveness, new possibilities that allow material to be redefined by pushing customisation to levels that were hitherto considered impossible.
